Who it’s for
For whoever ends up hosting.
You don’t need a dining room or a party-planning hobby. You need a plan you can see at a glance and a table that looks like you meant it.
Cooking is the fun part. The kit handles everything around it: who’s coming, who’s bringing what, what goes in the oven when, and where everyone sits.
- You said yes to hosting Friendsgiving, and now it’s on the calendar.
- You host every year and want a system you can print again next November.
- Your table seats six if everyone is friendly, and you’re feeding ten.
- You’d rather spend the afternoon cooking than building a spreadsheet.
- You like a table that looks considered, without buying a box of décor.
The usual scramble
It’s rarely the cooking. It’s everything around it.
-
The potluck goes sideways
Without a sign-up, you get three pies and no salad. A sheet with clear slots sorts it out before anyone shops.
-
The oven runs out of room
Everything wants 375° at 5:30. A simple timing grid shows the crunch days ahead, while you can still move a dish.
-
The table comes last
Place cards and menus get done at midnight, or not at all. Printed the day before, they take ten minutes to set out.
The flagship kit
The Friendsgiving Hosting Kit
Everything for the table, planned, printed and set well. Ten planning and table pages, plus a welcome page with printing tips, in a quiet walnut-and-linen design that suits a candlelit table.
- 10 printable pages plus a welcome page: 11 pages in each file
- US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm), both included
- Undated, so you can print it again next year
- Filled in by hand. Not editable, and no software needed
- Personal-use license: print as many copies as your own gatherings need
The shop isn’t open yet. This button turns into a buy link as soon as it is.
What’s inside
Ten pages to plan, print and set the table.

The idea
Practical first, pretty second.
Table Set Well is
- Printable kits for one gathering at a time
- Undated pages that work every year
- A calm, grown-up design that suits a candlelit table
- Made to be filled in by hand, with a good pen
It isn’t
- A recipe blog
- Kids’ party or wedding stationery
- Cartoon turkeys, puns or neon
- A template you need special software to edit
Hosting, set well. That’s the whole idea.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. This is a digital download. You get two PDF files and print what you need at home or at a print shop.
When can I buy it?
The kit is finished and the Etsy shop is opening soon. The buttons on this page will switch to a buy link the day it does.
How do I get my files?
Right after purchase, Etsy makes the files available in your account under You › Purchases and reviews, and emails you a link. Download on a computer if you can; it’s easier to save and print.
What sizes are included?
Both: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm). Print the file that matches your paper.
Can I edit the files?
No. The pages are designed to be filled in by hand with a pen, so there’s nothing to install and no software to learn. Everything is undated, so the same pages work next year.
What paper should I use?
Cardstock (65–110 lb / 175–300 gsm) for the place cards, menu cards and thank-you notes. Plain printer paper is fine for the planning pages. Full-sheet sticker paper works nicely for the leftovers labels.
Why are the edges cut off when I print?
Your printer is probably scaling the page. Choose 100% or Actual size, turn off “fit to page,” and make sure you’re printing the file that matches your paper size.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own gatherings, this year and every year after.
Can a print shop print it for me?
Yes, for your own personal use. Bring the PDF and ask for 100% scale on the paper you want.
Does it work for Thanksgiving, too?
It does. The planning pages work for any big autumn dinner. The word “Friendsgiving” is printed on the place cards, menu cards and leftovers labels.
Can I share the files or sell what I print?
Please don’t. The kit comes with a personal-use license: print freely for your own gatherings, but don’t share, resell or distribute the files, or use them in products for sale. The details are on the terms & license page.
Something went wrong with my download. What now?
Email hello@tablesetwell.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out. All sales of digital files are final, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
